Digital Download Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been downloaded.

However, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you experience any of the following issues, please don’t hesitate to get in touch:

• The file is corrupted or won’t open
• You received the wrong file
• The download link isn’t working

In any of these cases we’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly by providing a corrected or replacement file.
